About The Role

We are looking for an experienced mobile cleaner to join our team!

As a mobile cleaning supervisor, you will be field-based and required to travel between site locations within and around the Plymouth area. A company vehicle and mobile phone will be provided, along with all the cleaning equipment necessary for your role.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Attend sites to resolve cleaning issues and ensure standards are met
• Clean all areas of client sites, including hoovering floors, cleaning, and sanitising surfaces
• Maintain cleaning standards based on specifications
• Follow health & safety legislation at all times
• Respond to ad hoc requests from Management
• Escalate concerns or site intelligence to the Area Manager
• Complete stock checks and follow procedures for ordering
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues, Regional Managers, and Area Managers
• Support training and inductions for new cleaners

• Experience in a similar role
