The Company hires the Employee to lead and oversee all strategic and operational matters of their department.

  • Marketing and Communications Director
  • Sales Director
  • Financial Director
  • Legal and Administrative Director
  • Operations Director
  • People and Culture Director

2. Duration

This is a fixed-term contract of 10 months, renewable upon mutual agreement. The role begins as soon as possible.

3. Duties & Responsibilities

The Employee shall:

  • Lead their department in alignment with MPW-D's vision, values, and spirit.
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate strategic plans.
  • Collaborate with other departments, especially under the guidance of the Founder and Brand Spirit Director.
  • Provide quarterly reports on departmental progress.
  • Support onboarding and mentorship of junior team members.
  • Maintain ethical standards and foster a culture of heart-based leadership, innovation, and integrity.
4. Reporting & Collaboration

The Employee reports directly to the Founder of MPW-D and the Brand Spirit Director, collaborating with other Heads of Departments and project teams.

5. Work Hours

Approximately 16 hours per week, with flexibility for meetings and project needs. Additional hours may be negotiated.

6. Meeting Availability

Must attend regular meetings aligned with U.K. time zones and urgent strategy calls.

7. Language Requirement

High proficiency in English, both spoken and written.

8. Remuneration

Hourly rate: £30/hr. Possible bonuses, equity shares, or in-kind benefits. Monthly stipend for internet & electricity: £20–£40.

9. Confidentiality

All proprietary information remains the property of MPW-D. Confidentiality must be upheld during and after the contract.
