Job description

You won’t just ‘manage’ — you’ll cheer people on, jump in to help, and keep the energy high. Plus, you’ll get dedicated management time to work your magic behind the scenes: sorting rotas, joining in on training, and helping the whole team (and yourself!) level up.

You’ll need to be fit and ready for adventure! Joe loves staying active — hiking, cycling, kayaking, swimming, circus activities, and long walks. If you’ve got the stamina and energy to keep up with his vibrant lifestyle, this could be a great fit for you!

About Joe

Joe may be registered blind, but that doesn’t slow him down! He’s an outdoor enthusiast who thrives on adventure — whether it’s tackling rough trails, cycling, or kayaking, staying active is key to his physical and emotional wellbeing.

Joe is looking for people who will stand by his side and help him chase his dreams. He’s already conquered big adventures in the past — and now, he’s fired up and ready for his next big challenge!

Ideally you will:
  • Have some leadership experience
  • Have interests that are similar to Joe’s
  • Be flexible and reliable
  • Be interested in your development and that of the team
  • Have a good sense of humour
  • Want to make a real difference to Joe’s life
  • Be open-minded and super motivated
  • Value the principles of inclusion
  • Be physically fit in order to keep up with Joe during his activities
Benefits:
  • We reward our staff with competitive salaries
  • We offer an Award-Winning Pension Scheme
  • We have a company sick pay scheme
  • Excellent annual leave allowance, including top-up pay
  • Critical Illness cover, reassurance when you need it the most
  • Life Insurance, reassurance for your family when they need it the most
  • A really good mandatory induction
  • Ongoing high-quality training
  • Career development opportunities
  • A real chance to make a difference to someone’s life
