Pay: £13.80 per hour.

Contract Type: Full Time.

Hours: 40 hours per week.

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday from 6am to 2pm.

Location: Pladis - Carlisle - Caldewgate - 54 Church Street.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to oversee cleaning teams for various Mitie clients. Your responsibilities will include staff recruitment and development, maintaining high service standards, and managing routine and periodic cleaning tasks.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage and supervise cleaning staff, ensuring adherence to task schedules and health & safety procedures.
2. Provide technical training to staff as needed.
3. Distribute uniforms, monitor cleanliness standards, and manage stock supplies.
4. Address issues professionally and escalate to line managers when necessary.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous supervisory and cleaning experience.
• Good communication skills, reliability, and a professional attitude.
• Ability to work independently and follow schedules.
