Job summary

RG Setsquare is seeking a Mobile Estates Cleaning operative based in North London. You will service multiple estate sites, maintaining communal areas to a high standard.

Role requires a full UK manual driving license, at least 1 year in cleaning, and the ability to work Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:00. Temp-to-perm after 13 weeks; van, fuel card and uniform supplied; weekly pay. You will join a well-established property services company and enjoy a stable path to permanent employment.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving license (manual) required.
• Minimum 1 year of cleaning industry experience.
• Available to work Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:00 with a 30 min break.
• Able to cover North London and surrounding areas.
• Temp to perm after 13 weeks; weekly pay; van and fuel card supplied; uniform provided.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain estates communal areas across multiple sites.
• Mopping, sweeping, sanitising and hoovering to high standards.
• Ensure van is kept in a safe space at home and comply with company policies.

I am currently working alongside a well-established property services business who are keen to introduce a mobile estates cleaning operative to their team based in the North London catchment.

• Mobile Estates Cleaning operative
• Full UK driving license required (Manual license only)
• Monday to Friday
• Must have minimum one year experience in the cleaning industry.
• 08:00am until 16:00pm inc a thirty minute break per day.
• Duties include: Mopping, sweeping, sanitising, hoovering etc
• Working within estates communal areas.
• Available to start ASAP
• Working alongside a well-established property services company
• Company van and fuel card supplied
• Must be able to keep van at home in a safe space.
• Uniform supplied.
• Carrying out duties on multiple sites per day.
• Temp to perm basis
• 14.85 per hour
• Covering North London and surrounding areas.
• Temporary to permanent
• Weekly pay.
• Permanent position at the end of the thirteen weeks.
