Job summary

Service Care Construction seeks a dedicated Communal Cleaner for Horndean and surrounding areas. The role involves cleaning communal areas in blocks of flats and transporting small waste items to the collection area.

The position requires a Full UK Driving License and the ability to travel across Bordon, Liss, Eastleigh and nearby locations. Initial 3-month contract with potential permanent placement afterwards.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving License is essential.
• Experience with cleaning of communal areas preferred.
• Able to drive between locations in Horndean and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Clean communal areas within blocks of flats.
• Remove small dumped items and bin bags to collection area.
• Report large items for bulk removal.
• Sweep, vacuum, wash floors, walls, ceilings, doors and fixtures; litter pick.
• Drive to locations in Bordon, Liss, Eastleigh and surrounds.

Job Role - Communal Cleaner Location - Horndean and Surrounds Hours - 40 Per Week Pay - £13.45 Per Hour PAYE (Inc Holiday) | £17.26 per hour Ltd via Umbrella (Weekly pay)

Service Care Construction are currently recruiting for a Full-Time Communal Cleaner on behalf of a local housing association based in the Horndean and Surrounding area of Hampshire where the main area of work will cover locations including Bordon, Liss, Eastleigh and surrounds. This vacancy will initially be for 3 months with it becoming permanent after a successful 3 month period. A Full UK Driving License is essential for this position as the Post Holder will be provided access to a Van.

In this position the duties will include:

• Cleaning of communal areas within blocks of flats
• Removing small dumped items and bin bags to the collection area
• Reporting large items for bulk removal
• Sweeping, vacuuming, washing floors, walls, ceilings, doors and other fixtures and fittings along with litter picking, and carpet cleaning to residential communal areas
• Driving around Bordon, Liss, Eastleigh areas
