Job summary

A leading facilities management company in Hounslow is seeking an experienced Air Conditioning service engineer. This role involves fault diagnostics, installations, and HVAC servicing. Applicants should hold a Full UK Driving License and have at least 2 years of field service experience. The position offers competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package, including 24/7 GP access and financial support. Flexibility for site work and on-call duties is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years field based Service / Fault Finding experience.
• Knowledge of FGAS regulation (City & Guilds).
• Experience with Building Management Systems.

Responsibilities

• Complete weekly time sheets and submit to line manager.
• Submit all necessary customer paperwork to avoid invoice delays.
• Attend to jobs outside of normal hours in emergencies.

Skills

Full UK Driving License

HVAC & Building Services Engineering experience

Knowledge of Microsoft Office

Education

City & Guilds/NVQ - Building Services Engineering or equivalent

NVQ / City & Guilds in Air Conditioning and / or Refrigeration
