Job summary

ABM is seeking an on-site Electrically biased trades person for a London site (LCY3) to perform planned preventative maintenance and repair of electrical equipment and building fabric. The role requires strong communication and IT skills and may involve assisting nearby sites as needed.

Responsibilities include fault finding, testing, repair, small electrical installations, and maintaining site records. The position is Monday to Friday with a salary of £45,000, accompanied by ABM’s benefits

Qualifications

City & Guilds/NVQ in Building Services Engineering or Electrical Installation/Maintenance or equivalent.
City & Guilds 2382 18th Edition IEE 18th Edition knowledge.
Demonstrable knowledge of building services engineering.

Responsibilities

Carry out planned and reactive maintenance as instructed by the Contract Manager.
Fault finding, test, repair and preventative maintenance of electrical building services equipment.
Carry out small electrical installation work and building fabric maintenance tasks.
Close/update completed PPM tasks on the site computerised maintenance system.
Ensure QA, safety procedures and site records are maintained.
Work on-site across London locations as required.
