Job summary

Break Charity is seeking a Residential Support Worker for the mobile team, covering Norfolk with young people aged 5–25 across residential and community settings. You’ll provide consistent care, build relationships with professionals, and support service users in Staying Close, Staying Connected and disability short break services.

You will complete a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare within 24 months, fully funded by Break, and must hold a UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Must complete Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare within 24 months of start.
• Must have a full UK driving licence.
• Work pattern includes shifts and 38 hours per week.
