Aramark UK is recruiting a Mobile Chef to cover Newport and surrounding sites within 25 miles. The role is 35 hours weekly, Monday to Friday, term time only (39 weeks).

You will prepare nutritious meals for students and staff, follow recipes, and mentor junior colleagues while maintaining high food safety standards. Join a team with strong career prospects, training opportunities, and a commitment to developing staff from within.

Qualifications

• Excellent team player with strong communication.
• Understanding of food hygiene and safety procedures.
• Pass DBS checks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook healthy meals for students, staff and functions.
• Follow recipes and all policies and procedures.
• Work as part of a talented team and mentor new colleagues.
• Good time management in a fast paced kitchen.
• Keep kitchen records up to date.
• Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.
