Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Mobile General Assistant to cover Redditch, Alcester and Bromsgrove in a term-time 39-week contract. You will work Monday to Friday, 10am–2pm, 20 hours per week, at £12.71 per hour. A driving licence with access to a vehicle is essential as travel to different sites may be required.

All travel expenses are reimbursed and a retention bonus applies on probation (£200) and after 52 weeks (£300).

• Observe food handling and hygiene regulations.
• Follow health and safety guidelines.
• Ensure that all machines and equipment are operated correctly.
• Always uphold the reputation of the company.

• £12.71per hour

ALL TRAVEL EXPENSES ARE REIMBURSEDRetention BONUSfor all attached mobile roles–£200on successful completion of 12 week probation, further£300after 52 weeks complete employment in role.

**Equated pay (sometimes known as spread-over pay) is a method of paying you for your contracted hours, working weeks and holiday pay spread over 12 months instead of just receiving pay during the months that you work and none during the school closures/non-working weeks. This means that you get paid equal amounts of pay every month. Further information will be supplied at interview stage.**

Job Introduction

As MobileGeneral Assistant for Sodexo covering Redditch, Alcester, Bromsgrove, you will be contributing towards the smooth running of a fast-paced food and beverage operation. You will be responsible for showcasing what the kitchen supplies, presenting it in the most eye-catching way possible, ensuring we are offering the best service possible. As well as this, you work no unsociable hours and get public holidays off… including Christmas!
