Job summary

Sovereign Network Group is recruiting an experienced Carpenter Multi to join our Property Team in the Basingstoke locality. The role involves carpentry repairs across our housing stock, with 1st and 2nd fix work, window and door installation, UPVC servicing, locksmithing and fencing projects.

You will need NVQ level 2 or at least 5 years’ proven carpentry experience, plus a strong health and safety mindset and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role, ideally residential/housing sector, NVQ level 2 or 5+ years proven carpentry experience.
• Strong health and safety mindset and knowledge of best practices.

Responsibilities

• Carry out all forms of carpentry repairs in our properties as part of the Repairs Team.
• Perform 1st fix and 2nd fix carpentry.
• Install windows, doors and door frames (internal and external).
• UPVC servicing and installation.
• Locksmithing and gaining entry via lock snapping, drilling and picking.
• Install and repair fencing: posts, feather edge, chain link and panels.
• Kitchen fitting and joinery work.
