Vertas is seeking a Mobile Caretaker to join our Facilities Team in Nottingham. The role is based at County Hall, NG2 7QU, working 30 hours per week across early and late shifts.
You will be responsible for opening and securing sites, moving between locations, carrying out maintenance and safety checks, and supporting contractors to keep buildings safe, clean and well maintained. You will report issues, prioritise tasks, and ensure compliance with safeguarding requirements.
Salary: GBP13.21 - GBP13.21 per hour

About the Role:
Based from County Hall, NG2 7QU, you will be working 30 hours a week, Monday to Friday, 06:00am to 09:00am and 03:00pm to 06:00pm, 52 weeks per year. You'll play a key role in providing high quality caretaking services across multiple sites, ensuring buildings remain safe, secure, clean and well maintained.
