Vertas is seeking a dedicated Caretaker to join our Facilities Team in the Chesterfield area. The role is part-time (9.75 hours per week) with duties spanning waste management, porterage, light decorating, maintenance, cleaning and routine fire checks, including being a Key Holder.

Candidates should have strong customer service and communication skills, be a team player, and able to adapt in a growing organisation. DBS checks and other pre-employment clearances apply.

Are you passionate about caretaking, teamwork, and delivering exceptional service? Vertas is looking for a dedicated Caretaker to join our Facilities Team.

About the Role

Based in Chesterfield, Derbyshire (S33), you will be working 9.75 hours per week, Monday - Thursday, 16:00-18:00, Fridays 16:00-17:45 (some flexibility may be allowed). You'll play a key role in providing high-quality caretaking services to oversee maintenance and cleanliness.

• Daily, Weekly and Monthly Fire checks
• Key Holder
