McCarthy Stone Ltd is seeking a Mobile Care Assistant to join our care team in Hatfield and surrounding areas. The role combines personal care and domestic services, with travel between developments required.

You will work with supervisors and managers to deliver individualised care and lifestyle support. The position offers an hourly rate of £14.50, with additional earnings for evening and weekend hours, plus a probationary bonus of £300.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence required, own car, and willingness to travel between developments.
• Strong interpersonal skills and empathy are essential.
• Experience in care environment welcomed but training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalised care including help with daily activities and medication assistance.
• Maintain communal areas to a high standard and assist with housekeeping tasks.
• Support social activities, transport arrangements and appointments to enhance wellbeing.
