Job summary

Home Instead East Hampshire & Midhurst is seeking dedicated Care Assistants to support clients in their homes. You’ll provide personal care, accompany clients on activities and help with daily tasks, with training provided to ensure high standards of care.

Morning availability, at least 2 evenings per week, and every other weekend are required. Role involves driving to client visits; full training and a supportive team are offered. £200 referral bonus highlighted along with wellbeing support.

All new Care Assistants complete 2 days of training to prepare for their role, followed by ongoing support and development. You’ll also receive specialist training, including dementia care, to help you grow and deliver the highest quality care.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Comfort & Well-being: Deliver care respectfully, maintain privacy, monitor health, and enhance clients’ quality of life
• Companionship & Emotional Support: Provide friendly interaction, engage in activities, and reduce loneliness
• Promoting Independence: Encourage clients to do tasks they can manage, support safe mobility, and foster self-confidence at home

• Mobility: Full UK driving licence & access to a vehicle, as travel between client visits is required
