Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking an experienced catering operations manager to lead contract catering services across our busy locations in the UK. You will oversee grab-and-go breakfast and lunch service, manage staff and client relationships, and ensure compliance with food safety and company standards.

Based on site with lone-working responsibilities, you will handle cash/card transactions and basic admin duties while delivering high-quality service to busy professionals.

Qualifications

• Experience managing contract catering operations and teams.
• Level 3 in Catering and Hospitality or equivalent.
• Ability to build client relationships and meet expectations daily.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily grab-and-go catering operations on site.
• Manage breakfast and lunch grab-and-go service, including barista coffee and light meals.
• Handle cash/card transactions and basic admin duties.
