Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking an experienced catering operations manager to lead contract catering services across our busy locations in the UK. You will oversee grab-and-go breakfast and lunch service, manage staff and client relationships, and ensure compliance with food safety and company standards.

Based on site with lone-working responsibilities, you will handle cash/card transactions and basic admin duties while delivering high-quality service to busy professionals.

Additional Details:

Travel will be expensed.

As part of your role, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Lone working site in an office environment (grab & go concept)
• You will be responsible for breakfast & lunch grab & go service, including Paninis, Filled Jacket potatoes, barista coffee’s homemade cakes & muffinsYou must also ensure that all legal and company requirements are meet daily
• You will run daily operations & ensure a smooth, efficient service for busy professionals on the go.
• Prepare & serve barista coffee, snacks, and light meals to a high standard.
• Handle cash/card transactions, and basic admin duties

What are we looking for?

• Have proven and experience in the management of Contract Catering operations and teams
• Possesses a Level 3 in Catering and Hospitality or equivalent, as well as unit management experience within the contract catering sector
• Experienced in building relationships with client ensuring that the client’s expectations are met every day
• Can work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing demands is crucial
