Job summary

Coyle Personnel Ltd in Central London is seeking a Foot Mobile Engineer to service 4–8 sites weekly, performing PPM and reactive maintenance across commercial sites and ensuring compliance.

You will oversee subcontractors, maintain site records, complete first-fix repairs, and support the contract supervisor with daily tasks including M&E monitoring and basic fabric work.

The role can be permanent or temporary-to-permanent for the right candidate, with on-call duties as required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in building services maintenance.
• Extensive knowledge of building services, repairs and maintenance.
• Communication and IT skills.
• Recognised City and Guilds Electrical or mechanical qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Complete PPM and reactive maintenance tasks within commercial buildings.
• Participate in on-call system as required.
• Carry out PPM maintenance (SFG 20).
• Carry out daily inspections.
• Perform reactive repairs.
• Support contract Supervisor / contract manager.
• Oversee building M/E facilities monitoring.
• Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance.
• Undertake other engineering and facilities tasks as requested by the customer.
