Reed Specialist Recruitment is seeking a Foot Mobile Engineer for Central London. You will perform PPM and reactive maintenance on building services across multiple commercial sites, ensuring safe, compliant operations.

The role requires NVQ Level 3 or equivalent, strong fault-finding skills, and the ability to work independently across sites. Monday–Friday pattern with overtime opportunities and a travel card provided.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3/City & Guilds in Electrical, Mechanical or Building Services Engineering.
• Experience in commercial building maintenance.
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills; customer-focused approach.

Responsabilités

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on building services plant across multiple sites.
• Perform electrical and mechanical fault finding and repairs.
• Attend reactive maintenance calls and support site teams.
• Complete service reports and compliance paperwork.
