Job summary
Cambridge Maintenance Services Limited in Southampton is seeking a Mobile Multi-Skilled Building Services Engineer with an HVAC qualification to carry out planned and reactive maintenance across assigned sites. You will ensure safety and compliance, update records on a tablet, and respond to client needs with timely quotes.
You will work with a lead engineer, manage your workload, and possibly overtime to meet contractual requirements while delivering high-quality service across our building
Qualifications
- HVAC qualification recognised (City & Guilds).
- Experience in building services maintenance and related qualifications such as Emergency Light Testing, L8 Awareness, Plumbing Repairs.
- Qualified in at least one Maintenance/Engineering discipline.
- Ability to repair/replace plant, fixtures and fittings.
- Ability to service on-site plant and carry out repairs.
Responsibilities
- Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance across assigned sites within timescales.
- Accurately complete and update compliance and maintenance records using a tablet.
- Provide timely job updates, reports and quotations via CAFM system.
- Manage workload and priorities, and liaise with Lead Engineer.
- Identify repair requirements and assist in remedial works as needed.
- Overtime/out-of-hours work may be required to meet contractual requirements.
