EQUANS in Milton Keynes is seeking a Mobile Service BMS Engineer to maintain Building Management Systems across various sites. The role includes performing preventative maintenance, responding to breakdowns, and suggesting improvements for energy efficiency. Applicants should have relevant qualifications, experience with HVAC systems, and a valid UK Driving License. Qualifications

• City & Guild / BTEC / NVQ in Electrical or BEMS required.
• Knowledge of HVAC and mechanical systems in a commercial environment.
• Willingness to participate in reactive call-out rota.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled maintenance checks on BMS systems.
• Respond to breakdowns participating in call‑out rota.
• Recommend enhancements to improve system performance.

Skills

Knowledge of Building Management Systems

Experience with HVAC systems

City & Guild / BTEC / NVQ in Electrical or BEMS

Full UK Driving License
