Job Description

We have a vacancy for a Full-Time mobile cleaning operative to join our friendly block cleaning team in Hertford and surrounding areas.

Start date: As soon as possible

Previous experience is preferred, along with a friendly positive attitude, as the role involves interacting with residents while performing cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting.

Responsibilities

• Drive to various locations for block cleaning tasks, ensuring timely arrival at each site.
• Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including sweeping, mopping, and waste disposal.
• Communicate effectively with residents to address any concerns or requests.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all work areas.
• Adhere to safety protocols while operating cleaning equipment and driving.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and service delivery.

You will be fully trained, managed, supervised, supported, and provided with equipment.

A company van will be provided, so a full clean driving license is required.

Working hours: 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday

Salary: £12.21 per hour
