Job Title: Mobile Cleaner

We are seeking a dedicated Mobile Cleaner to join our team on a permanent basis, responsible for maintaining cleanliness across Residential and Social Housing sites in the Chelmsford area.

Qualifications:

• Prior professional cleaning experience is advantageous.
• Must possess a Full UK Driving Licence; a Company Vehicle will be provided.

Responsibilities include:

1. Cleaning walls, skirting boards, hand rails, ledges, window sills, radiators, lifts, doors, and frames by dusting, damp wiping, or washing.
2. Sweeping floors using brushes or dust control mops.
3. Mopping floors with wet or damp mops.
4. Vacuuming carpeted areas.
5. Emptying waste bins and transporting waste to designated collection points.
6. Mixing cleaning supplies in appropriate quantities for safe use.
7. Replenishing consumables such as soap, toilet rolls, and paper towels.
8. Cleaning toilets, urinals, hand basins, and sinks.
