Job description

Job Title: Mobile Cleaner

We are seeking a Mobile Cleaner to attend various sites for one of our Social Housing partners in Chesham, Buckinghamshire, and surrounding areas.

This is a full-time, permanent position, working 37.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday.

A Full Manual UK Driving Licence is required; a company vehicle will be provided.

Responsibilities:

• Dust, damp wipe, or wash walls, skirting boards, hand rails, ledges, window sills, radiators, lifts, doors, and frames
• Sweep floors with brushes or dust control mops
• Mop floors with wet or damp mops
• Hoover carpeted areas
• Empty waste bins and transport waste to designated collection points
• Mix cleaning supplies in correct quantities for safe use
• Replenish consumable items such as soap, toilet rolls, and paper towels
• Clean kitchens, toilets, urinals, hand basins, and sinks

Qualifications and Skills:

• Prior professional cleaning experience
• IT literate (use of tablets and smartphone apps)
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written (English)
• Willing to undergo a Standard or Enhanced DBS check (cost covered by us)
