Job summary

Bandai Namco Amusement Europe Limited is seeking a Field Service Engineer to travel on-site across Rochester, Tunbridge Wells, Maidstone, Ashford and Westwood Cross. You will install machines, diagnose faults, perform preventative maintenance and handle cash as needed.

The role requires 40 hours per week with weekend availability, and provides a company car, fuel card and tools. You will report to the Regional Service Manager and Supervisor and coordinate via the monthly rota.

Qualifications

• Experience in servicing arcade machines and maintainable systems.
• Ability to carry out diagnostics and preventative maintenance on a variety of games.
• Good communication with regional managers and site staff.

Responsibilities

• Service and maintain arcade machines, perform preventative maintenance, and complete service logs.
• Carry out monetary collections where required and handle cash responsibly.
• Communicate regularly with Regional Service Manager and Supervisor, following monthly rota.
• Maintain administrative tasks and utilise email/ platforms for updates.
• Build rapport with site staff/managers and expand company business with existing customers.
• Perform ad hoc duties as requested by Regional Manager/Supervisor.
