Job summary

Bandai Namco Amusement Europe Ltd is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service and maintain arcade machines across Walsall, Wolverhampton and Dudley, travelling to customer sites. The role covers diagnostics, preventive maintenance, monetary collections, and close coordination with the Regional Service Manager.

Qualifications

• 40 hours per week, weekend availability necessary.
• On the road field service in and around the areas of Walsall, Wolverhampton & Dudley.

Responsibilities

• Servicing and maintaining arcade machines, carrying out preventative maintenance, testing games, and completing service call logs.
• Perform monetary collections where required and handle cash.
• Communicate regularly and effectively with your Regional Service Manager and Supervisor, working to the rota.
• Keep organised with administrative tasks and maintain effective communication via email and other platforms.
• Build a rapport with Site Staff/Managers and continue to develop the company’s business with its existing major customers and future prospects.
• Perform ad hoc duties reasonably requested by your Regional Manager/Supervisor.
