Job summary

Bandai Namco Amusement Europe Limited is seeking a Field Service Engineer to cover on-site field service in and around Walsall, Wolverhampton & Dudley. The role involves installing new machines, carrying out diagnostics and preventative maintenance, and testing games to ensure they are fun and functional.

You will communicate with the Regional Service Manager, maintain service logs, manage cash handling when required, and work to a monthly rota.

Responsibilities

• Servicing and maintaining arcade machines including carrying out preventative maintenance, testing for all types of games sited within a specific area and complete service call logs.
• Perform monetary collections where required and handle cash responsible according to BNAE standards.
• To communicate regularly and effectively with your Regional Service Manager and Supervisor, working to the Rota produced by them on a monthly basis.
• Keep organised with administrative tasks and maintain effective communication via email and other platforms where used.
• Build a rapport with Site Staff/Managers and continue to develop the company’s business with its existing major customers and future prospects.
• Perform ad hoc duties reasonably requested by your Regional Manager/Supervisor.
