The position offers a starting salary of £28,890 with uncapped bonuses potentially taking earnings to £40,000–£50,000+ per annum. A company van, uniform, fuel card, and mobile phone are provided, with a 40-hour week Monday

Qualifications

• Experience as Vehicle SMART Repair Technician or Alloy Wheel Repair Technician.
• Strong customer service and professional appearance.
• Full UK driving licence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Carry out cosmetic repairs on customer vehicles (bumper scuffs, chipped alloy wheels).
• Aim for first-time repairs to maximise customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Visit customer dealerships across Oxfordshire to provide alloy wheel and SMART repairs.
• Use company-provided products and equipment to complete repairs efficiently.
• Document work performed accurately and maintain records.
• Uphold quality standards and exceptional customer service.
