Job summary

Health Partners, including its Hampton Knight division, seeks personnel for on-site alcohol and drug testing across Maidstone, Ashford and surrounding areas. This zero-hour role involves rapid client-site testing, strict custody procedures, and flexible availability to support scheduled or unscheduled work.

Qualifications

• Experience in the alcohol and drug industry is not essential as full training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Carry out alcohol and drug testing using the relevant paperwork and equipment.
• Carry out alcohol and drug testing in accordance with Company and Network Rail standards.
• Attend various client sites to carry out scheduled and unscheduled testing.
• Ensure arrival on client site within a two-hour timeframe when activated for a call-out.
• Provide administration team weekly availability, noting callouts may be short notice and require flexibility.
• Ensure collection of accurate information ensuring accurate completion of protocols and other paperwork
• Where applicable support the Client Services Team on process improvements
• Promote Hampton Knight in a positive way
• When speaking with clients ensure a professional manner is used
