Job summary

Health Partners are seeking a field-based Drug & Alcohol Testing Technician to join the Hampton Knight division. You will attend client sites across Belfast and surrounding areas, carrying out alcohol and drug testing in line with strict protocols and company standards.

A full UK driving licence is required and training is provided, with flexible hours under a zero-hour contract. This role focuses on delivering reliable testing, accurate paperwork, and professional client interactions while

Qualifications

• Experience in alcohol and drug testing is not essential; full training provided.
• Full UK driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out alcohol and drug testing following strict Chain of Custody procedures.
• Carry out alcohol and drug testing in accordance with Company and Network Rail standards.
• Attend client sites for scheduled and unscheduled testing.
• Ensure arrival on client site within two hours of activation.
• Provide administration team weekly availability; callouts may be short notice, requiring flexibility.
• Ensure collection of accurate information and complete protocols and paperwork.
• Support the Client Services Team on process improvements.
• Promote Hampton Knight in a positive way.
• Speak to clients in a professional manner.
