Job Description
We are looking for an Air Conditioning Engineer to join our maintenance team supporting a retail contract in Nottingham.
Responsibilities
The Air Conditioning Engineer would be responsible for undertaking HVAC and building maintenance works including PPM servicing, fault-finding and reactive breakdown repairs to Air Conditioning building services systems and infrastructure as well as rectifying hot/cold issues by adjusting BMS systems. In addition, they will complete jobs mechanical maintenance duties on belts, motors, valves etc. They will also carry out minor installation work and will be comfortable engaging with stakeholders providing them fault diagnostics where necessary.
Essential Qualifications/Skills
The successful candidate will have:
* Proven building maintenance experience
* Recognised NVQ Level 2 in Air Conditioning
* F-GAS 2079 CAT1
* Be able to work at height, on roofs, up steps and ladders and in MEWPs
* Ability to work with and control of the CAFM system via iPad
