Job summary

Commercial CBW Staffing Solutions is seeking an Air Conditioning Engineer to service and maintain HVAC systems across Manchester and surrounding areas. This mobile role requires you to travel between sites, perform preventive maintenance, and diagnose faults to ensure optimal performance.

Qualifications

Proven experience as an Air Conditioning Engineer or similar role within facilities management.
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, installation, maintenance and repair.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Maintain, service and troubleshoot a variety of air conditioning systems, including split systems, VRV/VRF systems, and chillers.
Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning coils and replacing filters.
Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults to minimize downtime.
Conduct inspections and assessments of HVAC systems to identify issues and recommend solutions.
Collaborate with maintenance personnel and contractors for complex repairs and upgrades.
Adhere to safety protocols and industry regulations.
