Job summary

Mitie are seeking a Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer to service, maintain and repair split AC systems, VRV/VRF, and heat pumps across multiple sites in the UK. You will complete logs, inspection reports and remedial works with accuracy and on time.

The role requires a background in maintenance or facilities management, a valid UK driving licence and willingness to participate in an on-call rota. Relevant FGAS/ODS qualifications or an NVQ in Air Conditioning are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in a maintenance or facilities management environment.
• Full, current UK driving licence.
• Willingness to participate in an on-call rota.
• Relevant qualifications such as FGAS & ODS Regulations, a time-served apprenticeship, C&G Level 3, or an NVQ or equivalent in Air Conditioning

Responsibilities

• Service, maintain and repair split AC systems, VRV/VRF systems and heat pumps.
• Complete all work-related documentation accurately and on time, including logs, inspection reports and remedial works.
• Carry out maintenance and repair tasks across a range of air conditioning equipment and manufacturer plant.
• Work safely and professionally across customer sites, ensuring high standards of service delivery.
• Support work on specific refrigeration equipment where required, including chilled cabinets, multidecks and ice machines.
