Job Description:

We are seeking a Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer to join a growing maintenance provider covering London & South East regions. The role involves maintaining commercial air conditioning systems and general building services.

• Basic Salary of up to £45,000
• Call Out of 1 in 4
• Monday – Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
• 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays
• Company Van & Fuel Card
• Tablet & Work Phone Provided
• Full company uniform
• Opportunity to progress to REFCOM Supervisor

Requirements:

• NVQ Level 2 Refrigeration & Air conditioning (Minimum)
• Fgas 2079 Cat 1 (Essential)
• 17th Edition (Desired but not essential)
• Good air conditioning maintenance knowledge
• Experience working within commercial environments
• Building services knowledge; electrical qualifications are a plus
• Full Drivers Licence

Responsibilities:

• PPM & Reactive maintenance
• Service/maintenance on air conditioning and refrigeration systems
• Main duties include servicing split systems, VRV's, VAV's, VRF's, AHU's, FCU's, Chillers, and HVAC/refrigeration plant
• Electrical knowledge is beneficial
• Building services knowledge
