Job summary

Alex Young Recruitment Limited is seeking a Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer for a single contracted portfolio of commercial buildings in Harrow. You will perform ppm and reactive maintenance on splits, VRF/ multi-splits, AHUs and fan coils, diagnose leaks, recharge and de-gas as needed.

Hours are 8-5, Monday to Friday. A company van, overtime, call-out, and a benefits package are included, with opportunities for progression within a busy maintenance team.

Responsibilities

• Perform ppm and reactive maintenance on split and multi-split systems.
• Inspect AHUs, fan coils and re-gassing as needed.
• Detect leaks and monitor general condition of AC units.
• Coordinate with sub-contractors and complete admin duties.

Job description

Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer

Sector: Commercial Maintenance

You will be working on one contract covering several commercial buildings. Parking is available at all buildings. Duties will include all ppm and reactive maintenance on splits, multi-splits, ahu's, fan coils, re and de-gassing, detecting leaks and general condition of ac units, general admin duties, as well as compliance, escorting sub-contractors.

Hours 8-5 Monday to Friday.

Salary is up to 50K with van, overtime, call out, company benefits and much more.
