Job summary

Tech People in London is seeking a Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer to service and maintain DX, VRV/VRF and AHU/FCU systems across sites in London and surrounding areas. You will work on PPMs and reactive breakdowns, with a company van provided.

We require NVQ Level 2 AC and FGAS Cat 1, DBS check, and a valid commutable distance to South-East London. The role offers up to £50,000 base, plus package and door-to-door travel.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 AC or equivalent required.
• FGAS Cat 1 qualification mandatory.
• DBS check must be passed.

Responsibilities

• Service and maintain AHU/FCU, DX, VRV/VRF systems across London sites.
• Carry out PPMs and reactive breakdowns on MVAC systems.
• Assist with mechanical and electrical systems maintenance.
• Cover sites within London and surrounding areas.

Salary: GBP50000 - GBP50000 per annum + PACKAGE

Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer A fast growing air conditioning contractor who specialise in service and maintenance for mobile and multi residential sites has a key requirement for an up and coming Air Conditioning Engineer. The Air Conditioning Engineer will be covering PPM’s and reactive breakdowns on DX Systems, VRV and VRF across sites in London and surrounding areas, van provided. As a Mobile Air Conditioning Service Engineer, you will be responsible for:

• Air Conditioning Engineer will be working on AHU’s FCU’s VRV/ VRF’s Splits, DX systems


• Air Conditioning Engineer will be assisting with maintaining mechanical and electrical systems


• Air Conditioning Engineer will be assisting with maintaining mechanical and electrical systems


• Covering sites in London and surrounding areas


• Will be paid £45,000 basic dependent on experience plus van and door to door travel + Package

To be Successful as the Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer, you will have

• Air Conditioning Engineer will need to hold NVQ Level 2 AC and FGAS Cat 1 as a minimum


• Air Conditioning Engineer must be able to pass an enhanced DBS check


• Air Conditioning Engineer will be experienced in building services maintenance


• Air Conditioning Engineer will have experience with M&E maintenance


• Air Conditioning Engineer will be genuine commutable distance to South-East London

Air Conditioning Engineer: Will be paid up to £50,000, (Depending on experience) + Van and door to door travel + package
