The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer to join a growing facilities maintenance team. You will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, fault-finding and repairing commercial air conditioning and HVAC systems across a portfolio of commercial sites throughout North and North West London.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on commercial air conditioning systems
- Diagnose faults and carry out repairs on a variety of HVAC equipment and associated controls
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with current legislation, industry standards and best practice
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and site contacts
- Liaise with the service desk and management team to ensure the efficient delivery of maintenance services
- Complete accurate service reports and recommend remedial works where appropriate
- Keep management informed of job progress, site issues and additional work requirements
- Participate in an out-of-hours emergency call-out rota
Essential
- Proven experience within the air conditioning or HVAC industry
- Strong knowledge of commercial air conditioning systems and associated controls
- Excellent fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- F-Gas Category 1 qualification
- Full UK driving licence
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload

- Previous experience in a mobile engineering role
