Job summary

Invictus Group is seeking a Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer to service and repair commercial HVAC systems across North and North West London. You will join a growing facilities maintenance team with a focus on safety, compliance, and quality service delivery.

The role requires proven HVAC experience, F-Gas Cat 1, driving licence, and the ability to work independently across multiple sites. Overtime opportunities and a supportive team are included.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in air conditioning or HVAC.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on commercial HVAC systems.
• Diagnose faults and repair HVAC equipment and controls.
• Ensure work is safe and compliant with legislation and standards.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers and site contacts.
• Coordinate with service desk to deliver maintenance services.
• Complete service reports and recommend remedial works.
• Keep management informed of progress and issues.
• Participate in out-of-hours emergency rota.

Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum

The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer to join a growing facilities maintenance team. You will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, fault-finding and repairing commercial air conditioning and HVAC systems across a portfolio of commercial sites throughout North and North West London.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on commercial air conditioning systems
• Diagnose faults and carry out repairs on a variety of HVAC equipment and associated controls
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with current legislation, industry standards and best practice
• Build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and site contacts
• Liaise with the service desk and management team to ensure the efficient delivery of maintenance services
• Complete accurate service reports and recommend remedial works where appropriate
• Keep management informed of job progress, site issues and additional work requirements
• Participate in an out-of-hours emergency call-out rota

Essential

• Proven experience within the air conditioning or HVAC industry
• Strong knowledge of commercial air conditioning systems and associated controls
• Excellent fault-finding and diagnostic skills
• F-Gas Category 1 qualification
• Full UK driving licence
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
