Job summary

Mitie Group plc. looks for an experienced Mobile Multi Skilled Engineer to service Mitie clients, maintaining air conditioning, UPS, generators and general building services.

You will lead on air conditioning systems, perform diagnostics, and handle planned preventive and reactive maintenance across sites. You must be able to prioritise workload, work independently, and participate in an out-of-hours rota while upholding Health & Safety standards and delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Air Conditioning and Small Refrigeration.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Ability to work independently with proactive prioritisation.
• Experience with Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Carry out PPM and Reactive Maintenance on air conditioning systems, UPS, generators and general building services
• Act as the site lead on air conditioning systems
• Carry out diagnostic checks and fault finding
• Effectively prioritise your own workload
• Undertake general maintenance tasks to assist the wider maintenance team
• Participate in an out-of-hours call-out rota
• Complete all work-related documentation accurately and on time
• Work in accordance with Health & Safety procedures and maintain a proactive and positive approach to work
• Knowledge of Health & Safety procedures
• Physically able to carry out the full duties detailed in the job description
