Job summary

CBW Staffing Solutions Ltd is seeking a Mobile AC Engineer to join a facilities maintenance contractor covering a data centre contract in the Kent area. You will perform planned and reactive maintenance on commercial HVAC systems, with a focus on split systems, VRVs/VRFs, AHUs and chillers.

Working Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, you will enjoy a salary up to £44,000 plus package including a van, fuel card and uniform.

Qualifications

• AC qualifications with City & Guilds Level 2.
• F-Gas qualification essential.
• Electrical knowledge is beneficial.
• Proven track record in commercial building maintenance.
• Multi-skilled and client facing.

Responsibilities

• Service and maintenance on split systems, VRVs, VAVs and VRFs.
• Maintenance on AHUs, FCUs, chillers and related HVAC/refrigeration plant.
• Pressure leak tests and compressor changes.
• Electrical knowledge and strong client communication.
