Job summary

CMS UK is seeking a proactive MLS project delivery professional to support the Managed Legal Services team across Glasgow or Edinburgh. This fixed-term 12-month role focuses on planning, coordinating delivery, and ensuring projects progress while delivering value to clients and the firm.

You will work with fee earners, clients and business services to plan activity, manage stakeholders and drive project outcomes, with strong emphasis on governance, processes and reporting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in project management or service delivery.
• Self-motivated with practical service delivery examples.
• Ability to prioritise work and communicate with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Support scoping and process mapping of MLS.
• Provide project management support across MLS projects.
• Ensure governance, processes and outputs are defined for services and projects.
• Use PM tools to monitor progress of services launched.
• Help with financial reporting and ROI tracking.
• Prepare and maintain MLS standard documents and materials.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and new MLS tools.
