Job summary

CMS CMNO LLP is seeking a proactive MLS administrator to support the delivery and improvement of Managed Legal Services. You will work with fee earners, clients and business teams to plan activity, manage stakeholders and ensure projects progress smoothly.

The role emphasizes scoping, process mapping, and governance across MLS, with opportunities to influence profitability, reporting, and tool development. A hybrid working pattern is available in Scotland.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in project management or service delivery in professional services or legal sector.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Pro-active, results driven with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide project management support across MLS projects and services.
• Coordinate delivery, governance, and outputs for MLS engagements.
• Analyse data, track ROI, and communicate value to stakeholders.
• Support development of MLS tools and continuous improvement initiatives.
