Job summary

CMS UK is seeking a motivated professional to join the Managed Legal Services (MLS) team in Glasgow or Edinburgh on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract. You will support the delivery and development of MLS offerings, working with the Head of MLS and colleagues across CMS to implement services and projects.

You will manage stakeholders, plan activity and turn requirements into clear actions, ensuring projects progress smoothly and deliver value to the firm and its clients.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in project management or service delivery.
• Background in professional services or the legal sector.
• Able to prioritise, communicate with stakeholders and adapt to change.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery and improvement of MLS offerings.
• Coordinate delivery with fee earners, clients and business services.
• Ensure governance, processes and outputs for services and projects.
• Use PM tools to monitor progress and report results.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and new MLS tools development.
