Qualifications

• Qualified lawyer with 3-7 years PQE in English Law.
• Experience managing large property portfolios.
• Experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating leases and related documents.
• Solid understanding of asset management and commercial issues.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate asset management documents (leases, licences, variations, surrenders, extensions, consents).
• Manage transactions such as grants of lease, renewals, assignments and terminations.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and codes of practice.
• Collaborate with in-house legal, estates and operations teams.
• Provide clear, practical legal and commercial advice tailored to client portfolios.
