We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team in London, working 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.

The role involves managing a small team and taking responsibility for all SMF17 duties, including shaping frameworks and policies for financial crime.

We want someone who is highly commercial, hands-on, and ready to bring fresh ideas to establish what an effective financial crime function looks like within our organization.

The current policies and systems require improvement, so the ideal candidate will have experience working in a small to medium-sized firm or scale-up environment, with a proven track record of implementing change.

Ideal Candidate

• Previously held SMF17 (desirable)
• Experience in FX/payments (preferable)
• Strong background in leading a financial crime function or serving as a Deputy
