Job summary

SMG is seeking an MLOps Engineer to own the ML platform from development to production, packaging, registry and the shared tooling that data scientists rely on to ship reliably.

You will manage deployment and monitoring, ensure data quality and drift detection, and drive a governed retraining lifecycle while collaborating with data scientists, data engineers, and DevOps on Azure/AWS, Databricks, and Snowflake.

Qualifications

• Extensive ML engineering experience in production environments.
• Ability to design and govern ML platforms and tooling.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals and Python proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Design and own ML platform for production deployment and monitoring.
• Define deployment, monitoring and retraining processes across models.
• Ensure data quality, drift detection and reliable model serving.
