Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Разрабатывать и внедрять агентно-ориентированные системы и пайплайны на базе GCP.
• Создавать и поддерживать ML-сервисы для задач без GenAI, например рекомендательные системы и клиентскую сегментацию.
• Разрабатывать безопасные, масштабируемые и наблюдаемые API и микросервисы для ML-решений.
• Настраивать CI/CD, писать IaC (Terraform) и контролировать дрейф моделей и данных.
• Устанавливать guardrails для безопасного использования ИИ, включая безопасность подсказок и оценку.
• Создать повторно используемые компоненты, документацию и практики инженерии.
• Сотрудничать с data инженерами, учеными данными, фронтенд- и бэкэнд-инженерами, продакт-менеджерами.
• Оценивать новые AI-технологии, фреймворки и инструменты и предлагать улучшения.

Charlotte Tilbury Beauty is a global beauty brand founded in 2013 by makeup artist and entrepreneur Charlotte Tilbury. The company creates beauty products and operates across more than 50 markets.

• Design and implement agentic systems using RAG, grounding, prompt engineering, and orchestration on a GCP-first stack


• Build and maintain production ML pipelines and services for non-GenAI use cases, including recommender systems, customer segmentation, and marketing optimisation


• Develop secure, scalable, and observable APIs and microservices for AI/ML solutions


• Implement CI/CD for ML services, write infrastructure as code, and monitor model and data drift and performance


• Establish guardrails for safe AI use, including prompt security, evaluation frameworks, and privacy compliance


• Contribute reusable components, documentation, and engineering best practices


• Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, front-end and back-end engineers, and product managers


• Evaluate AI technologies, frameworks, and tooling, and recommend improvements

Требования:

• Strong Python engineering skills, including FastAPI, testing, and typing


• Experience with cloud-native development; GCP is preferred


• Hands‑on experience with GCP Vertex AI or equivalent cloud‑native AI/ML platforms, and agent orchestration frameworks


• Solid understanding of MLOps, including CI/CD, IaC, Terraform, experiment tracking, model registries, and monitoring


• Proven experience deploying and operating batch and real‑time ML systems in production


• Familiarity with RAG architectures, prompt engineering, guardrails, and evaluation techniques


• Experience developing agentic capabilities, such as agent skills, MCP servers, and tool usage


• Strong understanding of security, privacy, and governance principles, including IAM, secrets, and PII handling


• Effective communication skills and ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders


• Interest in evaluating AI technologies and contributing to build, buy, or configure decisions


• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or demonstrable relevant experience
