Qualifications

• Опыт настройки и развёртывания ML-решений end-to-end, фокус на глубоком обучении в CV.
• Опыт работы с генеративными системами AI, prompting, RAG и дообучением LLM.
• Знание практик MLOps: CI/CD, мониторинг, управление моделями.
• Знание разработки: версионирование, контейнеризация, мониторинг.
• Умение работать в междисциплинарных командах.

Responsibilities

• Разрабатывать AI-решения с использованием LLM и генеративного ИИ, тестируя промпты.
• Строить и поддерживать масштабируемые конвейеры данных.
• Стандартизировать рабочие процессы AI.
• Применять MLOps: CI/CD, мониторинг, управление моделями и фичами.
• Сотрудничать с командами облачной инфраструктуры.
• Внедрять этичные и ответственные практики ИИ.
• Тонкая настройка предобученных моделей под кейсы.

ASOS is transforming fashion content and digital experiences through its Studios, which produces imagery and video for customer interactions. The company is developing AI-driven content creation and cloud-native platforms to support scalable, data-driven content production, personalization, and immersive shopping experiences.

Задачи:

• Design and develop AI solutions using LLMs and generative AI, iterating on prompts and workflows to improve output quality
• Build and maintain scalable data pipelines, applying data preparation best practices to ensure quality and reliability
• Standardize and reuse AI workflows so teams across different domains can build consistently and efficiently
• Apply MLOps principles to AI systems, including CI/CD, monitoring, model management, and feature governance
• Partner with Cloud Infrastructure teams to design secure, cost-effective environments for AI workloads
• Embed ethical and responsible AI practices into development, proactively identifying and mitigating bias and risk
• Fine-tune pre-trained models for specific use cases to improve relevance and performance
• Design and contribute to AI model evaluation frameworks, including automated testing and benchmarking for ongoing improvement

Требования:

• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with ML/AI libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face for computer vision
• Hands-on professional experience fine-tuning and deploying machine learning solutions end-to-end, with a focus on deep learning for computer vision, such as Fashion-Clip
• Experience with generative AI systems, prompting, retrieval augmented generation (RAG), and fine-tuning LLMs
• Familiarity with software development practices including version control, CI/CD, containerization, and monitoring for MLOps
• Experience taking projects from inception to production
• Collaborative mindset, strong communication skills, and ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams
• Motivated self-starter with a desire to learn, share knowledge, and grow in a fast-paced environment
