Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Создание поддерживаемых и безопасных программных продуктов с нуля.
• Анализ данных, подготовка данных для продвинутых аналитических моделей.
• Обеспечение безопасной среды данных и участие в R&D-иниативах.
• Ведение консультаций с руководителями клиентов по цифровым стратегиям.
• Менторство команд клиентов по инженерным best practices и Agile.

• Design and build innovative AI solutions combining software development and data engineering
• Develop scalable, modular, and reproducible data pipelines for machine learning and AI applications
• Build maintainable, scalable, and secure software products and services from the ground up
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess data landscapes, ensure data quality, and prepare data for advanced analytics models
• Manage secure data environments and contribute to research and development initiatives and internal asset development
• Participate in problem-solving sessions with client leaders to help shape digital strategies and deliver solutions beyond the product itself
• Mentor client teams on engineering best practices, user-centric design, and Agile values
• Partner with QuantumBlack and QuantumBlack Labs teams to create machine learning systems

Требования:

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent experience
• At least 2 years of professional experience building and deploying data solutions and software products
• Strong Python coding skills
• Experience with structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data
• Hands-on expertise in Docker and Kubernetes for scalable production systems
• Familiarity with distributed computing frameworks such as Spark and Dask, cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP, and analytics libraries such as pandas, numpy, and matplotlib
• Exposure to DevOps, DataOps, and MLOps concepts and best practices
• Experience with Python, PySpark, SQL, Airflow, Databricks, Kedro, Dask/RAPIDS, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud services such as AWS, GCP, and Azure
• Experience with AI modeling frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, or Scikit-Learn, and familiarity with AI Governance and Safety principles, including Responsible AI practices, bias and hallucination testing, and LLM safety guardrails
• Experience collaborating with developers and technical and non-technical colleagues in software teams
• Experience working in Agile teams and actively participating in sprint ceremonies
• Strong time management skills for responsibilities in a complex, largely autonomous work environment
• Strong written and verbal English skills and proficiency in the local office language(s); able to adapt communication to different perspectives and seniority levels
