Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• Proven experience in machine learning engineering.
• Testing, clean code, and documentation as the foundation for scalable, high‑impact systems.
• Experience across the ML lifecycle—from GPU optimization to backend systems and cloud-native architecture (Kubernetes, AWS).

Responsibilities

• Build tools to evaluate AI/ML model performance and establish new ways to measure AI quality.
• Partner with product managers and scientists to shape requirements into actionable technical specs.
• Develop and maintain data systems for collecting, structuring, and storing diverse scientific data powering analytics and ML.
• Implement, adopt, and evaluate new AI/ML algorithms and analytical techniques.
• Own features end to end from evaluation through production deployment within a rigorously mentored team.
• Contribute to architectural decisions, code reviews, and development process evolution.
• Span the stack and explore new technologies and industry best practices.
